At Seasons Floral Boutique, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a fair and transparent process:

Cancellation Timeframe:

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled.
Order Preparation and Delivery Process:
Once we receive your order, our dedicated team begins the process of preparing and coordinating the best quality flowers and gifts for you. Due to the nature of our business and our network spanning across the country, it can be challenging to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order that is already under preparation.

Cancellation Eligibility:

If you notify us at least 24 hours before the delivery slot, your cancellation request may be eligible for a 100% refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that edible and branded items are excluded from the cancellation policy.

Refund Process:

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original mode of payment used for the online order, such as credit or debit cards.
We strive to process refunds promptly. However, please understand that refund processing times may vary depending on the involvement of banks, which is beyond our control.
Non-Cancellable Scenarios:

In some cases, we may have already prepared your order and initiated the delivery process at the time of your cancellation request. In such situations, we regretfully cannot fulfil the cancellation and issue a refund.
If we have made attempts to deliver the order but were unsuccessful in reaching you or the recipient in a timely manner, we cannot provide a refund.

Changes to the Order:

If you need to make changes to your order, such as modifying the delivery date or address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status and feasibility.
